Wildwood Subdivision land is owned as The Wildwood Resort Company, a private member-owned corporation. Each homeowner purchases a stock certificate in the Corporation as well as title to the structure.

All purchases must be in cash – no financing is allowed. Purchasers must be approved by the Board of Directors.Cabins cannot be rented or leased.Owners pay taxes for structure, Corporation pays taxes for land.
